WEARABLE VOCABULARY
Wearable Vocabulary documents a workshop in June 2021 in Vienna, where participants discuss vocabulary against oppression and for empowerment. Wearable Vocabulary was conceived during a period of strict pandemic isolation by members of the grassroots organization ARA, who come from the African diaspora in Austria and are involved in LGBTQI+ issues in public space.

TOUCHING PAIN (PART 2)
In the midst of the pandemic, the case of the Uighurs, based in northwest China’s Xinjiang Autonomous Region, began to fade from public view. Aaron Kimmig reflects on the situation of the Uyghur minority, which comes from the Central and East Asian region and is culturally connected to it and has been threatened by repression in China for many years, using a possible digital travel report and the information spread on the Internet. Touching Pain (Part 2) is part of a three-part docu-fiction series about discrimination, fragmentation, administration, citizenship and non-citizenship.
